Mr. Khua Kian Kheng Ivan is an accomplished executive and independent director with expertise in business operations, finance, and corporate governance.

He currently serves as Executive Director of Hock Leong Enterprises Pte. Ltd., managing finance, HR, administration, and business development. With a career beginning at Rider Hunt Levett and Bailey, he has held directorships in multiple SGX-listed companies including No Signboard Holdings, MoneyMax Financial Services, and KSH Holdings, and currently serves as Independent Director at Serial System Ltd.

He holds a First-Class Honours degree in Building Construction Management from the University of New South Wales and has been recognized with the Public Service Medal (2016) and the Public Service Star (2024) for his contributions to society.
