Before your enrolment is finalized, you will undergo pre-course counselling by designated Staff or Approved Recruitment Agents. This essential step ensures you are well-informed about:

  • Enrolment matters, including fee schedules and payment modes
  • Medical Insurance schemes
  • Living in Singapore
  • Reference to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG)

STEP 1 - Submit Application

Begin by filling out our application form. Make sure to attach all the required documents. Required documents:

  1. Passport Photocopy of Applicant
  2. Certified Copy of Highest Qualification Certificates and Transcripts
  3. Passport Size Photograph (White Background)
  4. CV (For Mature Candidates)

STEP 2 - Review Application

After submission, our admission team will review your application carefully to ensure that it meets our entry requirements.

STEP 3 - Receive Offer Letter

Upon successful review, you will receive a Letter of Acceptance from Kingston International College, outlining your course details and any conditions that may apply.

To verify the authenticity of your Letter of Acceptance, simply scan the QR code provided.

STEP 4 - Apply For Student Pass (For International Student)

If you have been accepted by Kingston International College. We will proceed to submit Student’s Pass application via SOLAR+.

Application waiting period – 4-6 weeks

STEP 5 - Receive Outcome

You’ll be notified of the outcome and any subsequent steps you need to take.

STEP 6 - Sign Contract And Fee Payment

The final step involves signing a legally binding student contract and making the necessary fee payments as outlined in your offer letter.

Standard PEI-Student Contract

Kingston International College abides by the regulation set forth by the SSG. As part of your enrolment, you will be required to sign two original sets (one set for student, one set for college) of Standard PEI-Student Contract upon successful of your enrolment.

This legally binding contract outlines your rights and obligations as well as those of the institution which includes:

  • Course Information and Fees
  • Fees Refund Policy, including for Withdrawal
  • Fee Protection Scheme by Insurance
  • Medical Insurance


Any amendments made on the Student Contract, both student and Kingston must sign beside the amendments on both sets of the Student Contract.
