Mr. Goh Chin Hong holds a Masters in Computer Science and a Bachelor in Computer Science and Information Systems from the National University of Singapore. Having worked as a Research Assistant in the School of Computing at the National University of Singapore, Mr. Goh Chin Hong then joined the School of Infocomm Technology at Republic Polytechnic (RP) as an Academic staff in 2003 and he was promoted to be the Assistant Director (Capability Development) in 2009. He led a team of 5 senior staff to develop the following areas: Industry Collaborations and Developments, Continuing Education and Training and Staff Training and Development. He had successfully joint published two publications titled PeerDB: Peering into Personal Databases and StegVault: Pervasive Information Hiding in an Anonymous P2P Environment.
Mr. Goh Chin Hong has 10 years’ experience in academic curriculum development and management in RP and Singapore Raffles Music College. His strength in academic development has seen the successful development of the overall programme structure in RP and implementation of various workshops to supplement student learning with raving feedback from all participants. His extensive knowledge in staff training and development ensures the development and promotion of new opportunities for staff and students. He was awarded the Outstanding Facilitation Award for two consecutive years (2007 & 2008).
