Kingston International College Partners with Hackalogy to Train 100 Remote AI Marketers Over the Next Year

Structured training pathway will equip fresh graduates and career switchers with the skills to work as remote AI-powered marketers, as businesses shift toward leaner, distributed marketing teams

SINGAPORE — 10th September 2026 — AI-related capabilities are now among the hardestto-fill skills in Singapore, marketing professionals with demonstrated AI proficiency command a 20–40% salary premium, and 73% of Singapore university students say they prefer remote work upon graduation. Against this backdrop, Kingston International College (KIC) today announced a partnership with Hackalogy, an AI marketing agency, to train and place 100 remote AI marketers over the next 12 months.

Under the partnership, KIC will deliver the AI+ Marketer Programme, a structured, intensive training pathway that prepares fresh graduates and career switchers to work as AI-augmented remote marketers. Hackalogy will act as the talent funnel’s end destination, absorbing graduates into its remote marketer network to support its scaling needs and client engagements.

“We’re seeing two trends converge — companies are rethinking the cost and structure of their marketing function, and a new generation of talent is actively choosing flexible, remote-first work over the traditional 9-to-5,” said Ryan Goh, CEO, Kingston International College. “This partnership lets us build a structured, credentialed pathway that meets both sides of that shift.”

“Scaling to 100 remote AI marketers in a year requires a pipeline of talent that already understands how to work AI-natively and operate in a distributed team,” said Hendry Goh, CEO, Hackalogy. “Partnering with KIC gives us a structured funnel of trained, workready talent, rather than relying solely on the open freelance market.”
